On December 13th, 2018, the Reception of The National Day & The 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between State of Qatar and People's Republic of China was held by the Qatar Embassy in Beijing. H.E. Ai Li, Yimingbahai，Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, H.E. Mr. Sultan S. Almansouri, Ambassador of the State of State of Qatar to China and over 600 guests attended the reception.

Dr. Wu Bingbing, Chair Professor of the State of Qatar Chair in Middle Eastern Studies at Peking University, Prof. Lin Fengmin, Director of Department of Arabic Language and Culture, School of Foreign Languages,PKU attended the Reception.
