The 5th Meeting of the Oversight Committee of State of Qatar Chair in Middle Eastern Studies at Peking University (QCMES-PKU) was held successfully in Peking University February 26th, 2019.

Prof. TIAN Gang, Vice President of Peking University, member of the Oversight Committee, Dr. Hani Findakly, President of the Oversigtht Committee, members of the Oversight Committee, Dr. Darwish Chief Strategy and Development Officer of Qatar University (QU), Prof. WANG Jisi, Director of Institute of International and Strategic Studies, PKU, and Chair Professor, Deputy director, Department of Arabic Language and Culture, SFL-PKU attended the meeting.

Prof. NING Qi, Director of the Chair Program Committee, Dean of School of Foreign Languages, PKU, Mr. Cesar Wazen Director of International Affairs Office, Qatar University, Dr. XIA Hongwei, Director of Office of International Relations, PKU, and Dr. GU Xue, Assistant Director of Office of International Relations, PKU also attended the meeting.
