Delegates from "Into Middle East" (IME), Peking University visited the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education on August 19, 2019.

Zhan Tao, Head of the Institute welcomed the delegation led by Dr. Fu Zhiming (Deputy Dean, School of Foreign Languages, Peking University; The Sultan Qaboos Chair Professor in Arabic Studies; Director of Middle East Studies Center) and Dr. Wu Bingbing (Deputy Director of Department of Arabic Language and Culture, SFL-PKU, Chair Professor of the State of Qatar Chair in Middle Eastern Studies at Peking University). He introduced the structure and function of UNESCO and the role China plays in it.

Mr. Zhan Tao discussed about the development of information technologies in the Middle East and the internship in international organizations for university graduates from China.
