Seminar on Iran and Gulf Issues held at Peking University

 

On September 11, 2019, Seminar on Iran and Gulf Issues was held successfully in the new building of School of Foreign Languages at Peking University.

 

 

Prof. Fu Zhiming, Deputy Dean of School of Foreign Languages, PKU, Amb. Wu Sike, Amb. WU Sike, Former China's Special Envoy on Middle East Issues, Prof. Liu Zhongming, Director of the Middle East Studies Institute, Shanghai International Studies, Dr. Niu Xinchun Senior Researcher at China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations, Dr. Li Guofu, Senior Researcher at China Institute of International Studies, Dr. Wang Lincong, Dr. Tang Zhichao and Dr. Lu Jin, Senior Researchers at Institute of West Asian and African Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Dr. Jin Liangxiang, Senior researcher at Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, and Prof. Cheng Tong, Dean of School of Asian and African Studies at Shanghai International Studies University attended the Seminar and made discussions about the current situation in Iran and the Gulf region.

 

 

Dr. Wu Bingbing, Chair Professor of the State of Qatar Chair, Deputy Director of Department of Arabic Language and Culture, SFL-PKU also attended and performed as modulator of the Seminar.
