Chair Professor of State of Qatar Chair in Middle Eastern Studies at Peking University, Dr. Wu Bingbing made a visit to Qatar University between November 25 and 28. He was invited to attend the 4th Annual International Interdisciplinary Conference for the Gulf Studies Center-QU, which was entitled “Geopolitics of Gulf Energy: Adjusting to Old and New Challenges” and make a presentation.

He also made a keynote speech on the current situation of the Gulf on November 28 at the Gulf Studies Center-QU. During the visit, he had meeting with Dr. Mahjoob al-Zuwairi, Director of the Gulf Studies Center-QU, and with Ibn Khaldun Center-QU to discuss about further operations between PKU and QU.
