On September 19, 2019, Dr. Guan Guihai, Deputy Director of Institute of International and Strategic Studies Peking University, held a lecture under the title of “Situation in Russia and Sino-Russian Relations", organized by the State of Qatar Chair in Middle Eastern Studies at Peking University, and introduced in detail the current situation in Russia, China-Russia relations and other issues of concern among the young scholars from different universities and research institutions.

Dr. Wu Bingbing, Deputy Director of Department of Arabic Language and Culture, Chair Professor of State of Qatar Chair in Middle Eastern Studies at Peking University, attended and moderated the discussions.
